Petit Verdot (2016)

Petit Verdot has unique characteristics not found in most grapes as it produces more than two clusters per shoot. Horton is home to the oldest Petit Verdot vines in the state of Virginia. The heavy blackberry melts into smoky coffee flavors in the smooth warmth of this beautiful varietal. This a deep hardy red with a smooth finish.
