Mussels in a White Wine Sauce


Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks of Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Roussanne
  • 2 Pounds of Frozen Mussels

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients except the mussels and sauté in a pan on the stove for a few minutes so that all the ingredients get mixed together and the wine starts to reduce. Then add the muscles and let simmer until mussels are warmed/thawed. Enjoy!
