The Uncorked Vintage Academia would like to extend this invitation to you - what better opportunity to explore in this comparative tasting over 15 wines from around the globe produced in ancestral and contemporary methods as we welcome the Springtime!
The tasting has a range from wines of process: sparkling wines made in the rural ancestral method, as well as the classic champenoise traditional method, including, whites, rosé, and red, wines with some skin maceration, non-vintage, and vintage - as well as Grand Cru and single vineyard boutique bottlings.
We'll explore wines from over 10 distinct regions, from 8 countries:
FRANCE- Loire Valley, Champagne, Languedoc-Rousillon, Bordeaux.
GERMANY- Mosel
PORTUGAL- Minho region.
SPAIN - Canary Islands
ITALY- Piemonte
CZECH REPUBLIC - Moravia
